We would like to find out how you connect with other people, barriers you experience and if you would like to get more involved in your community.
Please complete the survey in the ‘Connect Erewash’ document below. The questionnaire is short and will only take a few minutes to complete. All completed questionnaires will be entered into a prize draw for a £25 supermarket voucher.
